The TL2448 provides DMX-512 output operation, allowing integration with a wide range of dimming systems and lighting equipment. The console supports two operating configurations, including a single 48-channel scene or dual 24-channel scenes, providing flexibility for a variety of control applications. Twelve dedicated submasters with fifty programmable banks allow frequently used scenes to be recalled quickly during operation.

For cue-based productions, the console includes a Cue Stack capable of storing up to 600 scenes with programmable fade time control. Thirty-six programmable chases support up to forty steps each, with individual fade rate adjustment available for every chase. Softpatch functionality allows channel assignments to be configured without rewiring dimmers or fixtures, simplifying system setup and operation.

In addition to conventional lighting control, the TL2448 includes dedicated moving light functionality capable of controlling up to eight fixtures with as many as twelve control channels per fixture. Separate moving light scene storage allows fixture programming and conventional lighting operation to be managed from the same console.

Designed for dependable operation in permanent and portable lighting systems, the TL2448 features non-volatile memory that retains programmed scenes and operating parameters when power is removed. The console operates from 230V power and is housed in a durable steel enclosure measuring 23 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 2.5 inches high. Its combination of conventional lighting control, moving light support, scene playback, and flexible programming capabilities makes the TL2448 a practical solution for a broad range of performance and architectural lighting environments.
