Assembly Technician III

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Build products with the highest quality as required per work order and supervisor.
  • Soldering skills are a must and used daily.
  • Use of the following machines, but not limited to, are required as directed:
    (Wire cutter, belt sander, band saw, drill press, and auto drill press).
  • Put away all inventory that arrives daily as directed up to 75 pounds.
  • Inform supervisor of all inventory that needs to be ordered.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in your workspace.
  • Follow the dress safety code in the employee handbook daily.
Qualifications:
  • Understanding of basic mechanical and electrical concepts
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Able to lift over 70 lbs. 
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to pass a background check/ drug screening
  • 2+ years working in manufacturing or electrical field
  • Prior experience soldering, working with machinery

National Sales Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Visit and train dealers
  • Designs/Writes/Presents presentations for dealers
  • Develops/Executes/Evaluates sales growth plans
  • Creates/Monitors sales growth
  • Meets/Exceeds sales goals monthly, quarterly and annually
  • Identify/Communicate/Resolve dealer satisfaction issues
  • Develop/Maintain complete understanding of all products
  • Hire/Terminate/Lead/Motivate all sales representatives
  • Develops/Executes/Evaluates sales growth plans for all sales representatives
  • Hire/Terminate/Lead/Motivate all inside sales personnel
  • Ability to pass drug/background screening
Qualifications:
  • 10 years relevant experience
  • In depth knowledge of managing a high performance sales team
  • BSc in Sales, Business Administration or similar relevant field
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills
  • Analytical and data driven problem solver

PCB Production Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assemble through hole and SMD products
  • Process international shipments for SMD PCB assembly
  • Standardize and document manufacturing processes to create a baseline for improvement, inventory needed, and sequence of work
  • Follow-through on corrective and preventative actions with Quality Manager
  • Establish robust, repeatable, and reproducible process parameters
  • Build a culture of stopping to fix problems, creating a continuous flow, and building in quality to our process
  • Meet internal customer board demand with exceptional timing and quality
  • Coordinate a smooth release of new boards with Development and Manufacturing to meet product launch dates
  • Drive reductions in setup times, cycle times, and process improvement
Qualifications:
  • Leadership, improvement focused, self-starter and finisher, focused on the HOW, team builder
  • Process and systems mindset
  • Knowledge of PCB assembly and soldering skills
  • 10 years experience in PCB Manufacturing
